At a Video Company, a service owned and operated by Jinxed Network, we strive to provide seamless and valuable experiences when connecting clients with professional video editors.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which customers may request cancellations or refunds for our editor matchmaking and content services.
1. Cancellation Policy
  • You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of your initial purchase only if no editor profiles have been shared yet.
  • Once we begin the curation process and share even one profile, the cancellation window closes, and the refund policy below applies instead.
  • Cancellations after the 24-hour window are not permitted unless under exceptional circumstances.


2. Refund Policy
We offer a partial refund under the following specific condition:
If you are completely dissatisfied with all 3 editor profiles shared with you, and none of them meet your basic requirements or expectations, you may request a 50% refund of the amount paid.
To qualify:
  • You must clearly communicate your dissatisfaction within 3 business days of receiving the final profile.
  • You must provide feedback on why the shared profiles were not suitable.
  • We reserve the right to evaluate the validity of the claim before approving a refund.

⚠️ Please Note:
  • If you have selected or engaged with one of the profiles, you are no longer eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • All other service packages (e.g. content creation, editing services) are non-refundable once the work has begun.
3. Replacements & Adjustments
If the shared profiles are not ideal but you're open to alternatives, we’re happy to curate additional profiles or revise the brief once, based on updated feedback — before initiating a refund discussion.


4. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
To request a refund or cancellation, please email:
  • Your name
  • Invoice ID or order reference
  • Reason for cancellation or refund
  • Any supporting details
